  Mr. Murphy uses the Gen II Total Knee replacement system with a reported rate of failure of under 3% at ten years in patients over 65 (National average 3.5%) and the Gen II Oxinium Total Knee replacement system in under 65 year olds with a failure rate of under 6% at ten years (National average 8%).

He undertakes robotic assisted knee repalcement using the NAVIO system from Smith and Nephew.
